Admissions Procedure

We understand that choosing a school for your child is a big and difficult decision. To help you make the right decision, we welcome all parents/guardians to visit our school to experience the nurturing environment for yourself. Our aim is to support all families in understanding our philosophies and how your child will thrive at River Oak Academy.

1. School Visit

Before submitting an application, we recommend all families to visit our school to understand our philosophy and see if you feel your child would thrive within our community. School tours can be arranged by clicking on the link below :

Book an appointment with Personnel Calendar using SetMore

or emailing us at info@riveroakacademy.org

2. Submit an Application

After your visit of our campus, fill out an application. Each application form (one per child) must be accompanied by all supporting documents (as stated on the application form) and the non-refundable application fee as per our fee schedule for the academic year.

Applications can be submitted throughout the year via our online application form.

3. Placement Consultation/Trial Week

After your application has been reviewed, you will be invited to attend a consultation with our head teacher to discuss your child’s educational aspirations, our school approach, your child’s character, and any special learning needs your child may require to help him or her reach his or her full potential.  The consultation is an important step towards understanding whether River Oak Academy would be the right fit for your child. A week will then be scheduled when your child may attend for up to one week to simulate a regular week calendar. (A separate fee will apply for the trial week).

4. Enrollment

Upon successful application, consultation, and trial week, you will be notified to submit all supporting documents and pay the non-refundable Registration Fee as per our fee policy for the academic year. Once a place has been offered, the family has a limited period, specified by the school, in which to accept it.
